An antioxidizing and antibacterial functional film for food packing according to the present invention is used as sanitary packing materials for various food, which are easily exposed to oxidization and bacterial corruption, thereby significantly improving acidification deterioration and browning of food, and a reduction in freshness and a corruption phenomenon caused by increased bacteria. It was found that a sample packed using the film for packing according to the present invention had the number of microogranisms after a lapse of 15 days reached 3.3 x 105/g, so it was recognized that there is an effect of prohibiting an increase of microogranisms by 300 % or more when compared with general PE films.
