① The present invention produces a low-temperature coolant using a simple process and structure stably and uniformly and thus has a simple fabrication and installation. Accordingly, the present invent invention has the same method and productivity as those of the existing method of producing coolant by melting ice using cheap equipment.
② There are advantages in that the stability of an operation for producing a low-temperature coolant can be improved, coolant can be produced using a sealed circuit, coolant can be produced very sanitarily, and installation space can be minimized through the simplification of a water tank.
③ Further, the present invention is advantageous in that the filming of coolant can be performed smoothly and the absorption and discharge of the filmed coolant can be performed stably because the coolant of a water tank is absorbed or discharged uniformly and at low speed.
