Summary of the technology: This technology relates to heat sink having heat pipe function, and method for manufacturing a heat sink having thermal siphon function.
In this technology, a heat pipe unit formed in a heat dissipating fin is comprised of one of the following structures, for examples, a number of capillary grooves formed in a vertical direction to generate a capillary force in the hollow type inner wall of a heat dissipating fin, an inner wall formed with sintered metal, or a structure equipped with a mesh structure. This technology additionally comprises a mesh structure of porous or meshed form having large contact size in the inner portion as well as in a heat dissipating fin to increase the reaction rate of the dynamic fluids filled in a heat dissipating plate as to the heat source.
