Summary of the technology ¤· This technology relates to a titanium alloy material suitable as an artificial bio-material. ¤· Low-elastic coefficient titanium alloy material having superior biocompatibility according to this technology is composed of niobium(Nb) of 10 ~ 30 at% that is an alloy element having no cytotoxic and having superior biocompatibility, silicon(Si) of 0.1 ~ 2 at%, oxygen of within 0.5 at% including impurities, and the remaining titanium(Ti) relative to total alloy weight.
