The present invention relates to a device for crushing and dehydrating food garbage, and more particularly, to a device for crushing and dehydrating food garbage which is easily mounted in a small space, and allows food garbage to be easily crushed and dehydrated in a short time.
The device for crushing and dehydrating food garbage according to the present invention includes; a loading hopper having a charge port formed at the upper portion thereof for charging food garbage thereto and a discharge port formed at the lower portion thereof for discharging the charged food garbage thereto; a primary crushing part formed at the upper portion thereof with an inlet connected to the discharge port of the feeding hopper, the primary crushing part having four side walls downwardly extending by a predetermined length to define an outlet at the lower portion thereof, and; a cylindrical housing for therein accommodating a secondary crushing part having at least one outlet formed at one side end thereof and an inlet openably formed around an outer circumferential surface of the other side end thereof in such a fashion as to be connected to the outlet of the primary crushing part; a cylindrical primary crushing roller installed inside the primary crushing part in such a fashion as to rotate about a horizontal rotary shaft, and having cutter blades axially extending on the outer circumferential surface thereof; an auxiliary cutter blade mounted on a side wall of the primary crushing part confronting the cutter blades of the primary crushing roller in such a fashion as to extend horizontally protrudingly toward the cutter blades of the primary crushing roller; a secondary crushing roller including a feed screw portion formed at one side thereof, and a grinding portion formed at the other side thereof, the feed screw portion being positioned below the inlet of the secondary crushing part and the grinding portion being installed inside the secondary crushing part so as to rotate about a horizontal rotary shaft in such a fashion as to allow a gap to be defined between the grinding portion and an inner circumference surface of the secondary crushing part; a rotary drive means for rotating the primary crushing roller and the secondary crushing roller.
