Disclosed is a novel concept of food ingestion that is represented by a bubble drink or a technique for inducing the formation of foamed bubbles. The ingestion of food and drink in the form of bubble drink is expected to create a new food culture. The term 'bubble' means an aggregate of foam cells having different sizes. The foam cells must be controlled such that constituent materials are surrounded by membranes of the foam cells due to viscosity of the materials and then the foam cells are grown and maintained. According to the unconventional concept of food ingestion, food materials, which are provided to maintain or improve the health of lives and present in a composite state of solid, liquid and gas states, are converted into a structure of bubble blast, and the bubble drink is ingested together with gas materials contained in the foam structure.
