KAIST announced that their professor Sangwook Kim¡¯s (age 37) team developed a new method of arranging the polymers that form nano patterns as desired by the developers.
This allows easy creation of nanowires at their desired locations. Nanowires serve as the most fundamental element in developing high-end electrical and electronic components such as transistors, memories, and sensors.
However, the previous methods required great expenses and time, which called for a new technology for producing them.
